- Assist the live team with administrative tasks before and after live events, including preparing materials and products for broadcasts
- Help plan the live broadcast schedule for KOLs and Merchants
- Manage live show orders, including customer service and logistics coordination
- Collaborate with the operations team to prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
- Ensure that logistics and warehouse procedures comply with company requirements
- Support various ad-hoc projects as requested by the management team
Who Is Our Right Fit
- Higher Diploma or Degree holder
- 0 to 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably within live events or broadcasting
- Familiarity with live event production processes and logistics is a plus
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all administrative tasks
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese, both written and spoken
- Immediate availability preferred; fresh graduates with relevant interests will also be considered
- Required to support live shows on weekends or during nighttime
