What You will be Doing
- Initiating training to educate merchants on new updates related to HKTVmall
- Oversee the process of merchant training, through needs identification, status reporting, and creation of training and development plans
- Bring new initiatives on merchant training content according to merchants' needs and market trends
- Assist with drafting communication materials to merchants
- Plan and improve the efficiency of work processes, by working closely with internal stakeholders
Who is Our Right Fit
- Degree in business or other related discipline
- Minimum 3-4 years of relevant working experience
- Enthusiastic about communicating with external users and introducing new ideas
- Experience in training / e-Commerce / retail / Marketing industry is an advantage
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly in PowerPoint
- Equipped to use simple Video editing tools and AI applications (e.g ChatGPT) in preparing materials
- Good presentation and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese
- Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Merchant Training Specialist
- Immediate available is preferred
