Responsibleb compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll, taxation, MPF administration, report and data analysis for management review
Handle office administration tasks to ensure a smooth and efficient workplace
Responsible for full spectrum of human resources functions including, compensation & benefits,and employee relations
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
At least 4 years or above relevant working experiences in all round HR duties and 2 years payroll expereinces.
A good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Positive and proactive attitude, willingness to contribute in a team environment
Energetic, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work independent
Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
Good PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese word processing
Less experience will be considered for the HR & Administration Officer position
