Overview:
As a Sales & Marketing Executive - based in Hong Kong, you will be responsible for engaging in the sales & marketing lifecycle, through various marketing-driven activities to execute King Flair’s business strategy in optimising growth and sustainability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing comprehensive strategic initiatives in sales and marketing to increase revenue and profits through both wholesales and retail distribution channels
- identifying and targeting important wholesale partners, including distributors, suppliers, and retailers, in order to expand the distribution network and increase market presence
- Collaborating closely with the retail team to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns, promotional strategies, and sales initiatives aimed at increasing foot traffic and elevating sales volumns within retail locations
- Overseeing pricing negotiations, contractual details, and inventory stocking levels with wholesale partners to optimize profitability and nurture enduring alliances
- Evaluating sales results, examining data trends, and preparing reports to gauge the impact of sales and marketing tactics in fulfilling organizational goals
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in related disciplines
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a Sales & Marketing function in consumer product
- Exposure to overseas and/or Mainland China vendors liaison will be advantageous
- Possess a good know-how of the sales & marketing engagement cycle within the respective industry along with acute business acumen and negotiations skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office. Prior experience with ERP system is advantageous
- Analytical, meticulous, collaborative, resourceful and the willingness to grow and learn within the organization will be highly sought
