Accounting Officer

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for daily accounting operations
• Handle invoice processing, data entry and filing
• Prepare vouchers and stock reconciliation table
• Assist in month-end closing and prepare breakdown
• Assist in preparation of annual / interim reports
• Perform other ad hoc assignments as required

Job Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above in accounting or relevant disciplines
• Within 2-3 years in accounting experience, Accounts Payable is preferred
• Knowledge in the application of MS Office, e.g. Word, Excel, Outlook
• Preferably with knowledge of MYOB
• Detail-minded, well-organized, willing to learn, self-motivated and flexible
• Immediately available is highly preferred
