Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking (Structured Finance)
Responsibilities:
- Explore new business and maintain existing client relationships with PE funds and/or corporates in PRC and APAC regions;
- Originate transactions including but not limited to syndicated loans, leveraged finance, bond issuance, hedging and cash managements;
- Ensure all business transactions are executed and duly recorded and comply with related internal policies and procedures, and all regulatory requirements;
- Analyse complex structure and identify key risks and mitigations of potential deals;
- Familiar with Banking Ordinance, HKMA and Securities and Futures Ordinance as well as banking guidelines in PRC and APAC regions;
- Coach Assistant Relationship Managers on daily operations.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or Finance or related disciplines;
- CFA holder or prior leveraged finance experience will be an advantage;
- At least 5 years of banking experience as Relationship Manager with track record of new client acquisitions;
- Good knowledge and skills in corporate banking products and credit analysis;
- Frequent travelling to China for business visit is required;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese, especially Mandarin.
Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking (Mid-cap)
Responsibilities:
- Explore new business relationships in the segment of mid-cap businesses to the bank;
- Prepare financial analysis and credit proposals as well as make presentations for credit approval;
- Build up loan and deposit target assigned by the bank;
- Develop banking relationships by cross-selling different banking products and services of the bank;
- Maintain a healthy and profitable loan portfolio;
- Uphold credit policy and lending guidelines to maintain a balanced approach to risk management;
- Coach assistant relationship manager.
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business or Finance or related disciplines;
- At least 5 years of banking experience as a Relationship Manager with the good business network in commercial banking;
- Good knowledge and skills in commercial banking products and credit analysis;
- Good communication and presentation skills;
- A team player who can work independently and under work pressure;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
- Occasional travel is required
Assistant Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking
Responsibilities:
- Assist Relationship Managers in marketing commercial banking products, interviewing prospective clients, and performing on-site visits;
- Evaluate the financial condition of the clients, the value of pledged collateral, and the clients' management effectiveness and competency;
- Conduct credit assessment on client's financial request and prepare credit proposals;
- Manage daily operation of transactions and communicate with customers;
- Handle account opening and related services, maintenance, and correspondence;
- Visit customers periodically with Relationship Managers to update the latest situations of customers and develop new business.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or above in Accounting, Finance, or related disciplines;
- At least 2-3 years of solid marketing/credit experience in the banking industry;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
Assistant Relationship Manager - Commercial banking
Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining credit lines provided to clients;
- Handle account opening, account maintenance and correspondence and related services;
- Manage daily operation of transactions and communicate with customers;
- Handle account review, trigger event account review, Know Your Customer (KYC), Customer Due Diligence (CDD) and reactivation of dormant account;
- Visit customers periodically with Relationship Managers (RM) to update the latest situations of customers and develop new business;
- Facilitate credit risk control.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting / Finance or equivalent;
- At least 1-2 years of solid marketing / credit experience in banking industry;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin).
