About Your Role:

As a Shipping Officer , you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of shipping operations. Your primary duties will include coordinating shipments, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining accurate records. You will work closely with various departments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.

• Coordinate and manage all shipping activities, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation
• Ensure compliance with all shipping regulations and company policies
• Maintain accurate records of shipments, including invoices, packing lists, and shipping documents
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve any shipping issues
• Monitor and optimize shipping costs and delivery times
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
