Assistant Operations Performance Management and Control Manager (Banking)
Perform administrative tasks for other departments
Responsibilities:
Monitor operation transactions on a regular basis;
Consolidate and prepare regular departmental reports (such as KPI, KRI);
Handle BAU tasks of Audit / Bank Confirmation and Charge Waiver Applications;
Assist to handle bank-wide projects and assignments;
Assist in reviewing departmental policies and procedures, work manuals, and application forms;
Collect and handle confidential documents for compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements;
Perform administrative tasks for other departments;
Handle ad-hoc duties assigned by Management
Requirements:
Degree holder in business or finance-related disciplines;
At least 5 years of relevant operation management experience in the banking industry;
Detailed mindset and ability to work independently with good communication skills;
Familiar with MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint;
Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Mandarin);
Immediate availability is preferred.
