Assistant Accountant (Full-time / Part-time): 

Duties & Responsibilities 

• Perform full sets of accounts and month-end closing independently.
• Perform routine account functions, including AP, AR, GL and prepare monthly reporting packages.
• Prepare cheques and cheque deposit.
• Assist in month-end closing, prepare accounting schedules and assist in preparing monthly closing.
• Coordinate with shop members.
• Liaise with auditors for audits, follow up and act on audit findings. 
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum 1-2 years of accounting experience and experience in F&B industry is highly preferred.
• F.5 or above, LCC Higher Lever or relevant disciplines.
• Experience in handling a full set of accounts.
• Good communication skills, independent, detail-minded and well-organized.
• Knowledge of Account software system is an advantage.
