Working Location: Art Piece - Causeway Bay Branch (Beauty and Lifestyle Service Floor) We provide diversified services from head to toe including yoga, pilates, spa, medical beauty.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible for customer service, ensure frontline services in upmost standard and maintain a good relationship with our guest.
Handle daily operations such as general enquiry (phone / email), check in / check out, booking etc.
Perform other duties/ad hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
1 year working experience in hospitality / tourism / hotel / customer service or related service industry
Knowledge of booking system and cashier experience is preferable.
Cheerful, customer-oriented, well-organized with excellent interpersonal skills.
Good written and conversational skills in both Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) and English.
Immediate available is preferred.
Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Relation Officer/ Guest Relation Supervisor
