Responsibilities & Accountabilities

• Assist with legal matters related to Debt restructuring;
• Coordinate with external lawyers to review restructuring documents for potential risks to the company;
• Advise and suggest on major company decisions from a relevant professional perspective;
• Review company contracts and relevant legal matters to protect the company’s interests ;
• Ensure effective risk control for the company;
• Support the company in due diligence processes related to property acquisitions and disposals, and selling ;
• Review documents, understand arbitration details and content, collaborate with relevant legal teams to handle company arbitration matters;
• Assist in sales and marketing departments in reviewing and modifying contracts;
• Provide professional legal opinions and analyses to various departments, reviewing and amending relevant contracts or documents.

Qualifications & Experience  

• Minimum 15 years' experience in relevant industry;
• Hong Kong Qualified Lawyer;
• *Must have experience in Debt Restructuring and Litigation/ Company restructuring ;
• Knowledge of Law of Hong Kong and Real estate industry; 
• Preferably worked in the property development sector; worked for Chinese enterprises is ad advantage;
• Strong business mindset with a strategic approach to legal matters;
• Willing to take challenges and adapt to a fast-moving working culture;
• Strong Self-motivated and proactive, Hands-on;
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and Putonghua, and English.
