Upon recent business expansion, the Group is going to look for expand for the leasing management of the community retail portfolio in Hong Kong.

Renowned property developers based in Hong Kong, known for their strong reputations in creating a diverse range of premium commercial complexes and shopping malls across the region. With recent business expansions, these groups are looking talents to enhance the leasing management of portfolios in Hong Kong.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and facilitate leasing liaisons and coordination including new lettings, rent renewal, tenant management, leasing enquiry, leasing negotiation and documentation of the leasing proposal.
• Build and maintain healthy relationship with tenants, customers and property agencies
• Coordinate with internal and external parties for portfolio planning, new built development and asset enhancement projects. 
• Prepare reports offer letters, tenancy agreement and leasing performance and business plan when necessary.
• Undergo market research on the rental trend & occupancy rate.
• Perform rental forecast, budgeting and expenses from agency, fitting-out and marketing activities. 

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Real Estate/ Marketing/ Business Administration or related disciplines.
• At least 1 years of solid experiences in leasing management of  retail portfolio / large-scale retail mall in Hog Kong.
• Previous working experiences in sizeable property developers are preferred.
• Proven track record in identifying new tenants and retaining high quality tenants.  
• Energetic, highly motivated, strive for excellence and high level of accountability.
• Excellent in negotiation and inter-personal communication skill.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Less experienced applicant would be considered as Leasing Officer.
