Senior Human Resources Officer - Fanling / Shatin / Tuen Mun
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on talent acquisition strategies and processes.
Responsible for the recruitment of all office, operations, and front-line staff
Source and identify potential candidates through various channels across Hong Kong and Asia
Stay on top of the latest recruitment channels and sources.
Prepare HR headcount and recruitment status reports and perform Talent Acquisition administration duties.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
3 years of recruitment experience in the Engineering / Construction / Property Management / Security / F&B / Hotel / Logistics / Manufacturing / any labour intensive Industry
Attention to detail, proactive, willing to learn and work independently
Strong relationship management and good communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
