Job Description

• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on talent acquisition strategies and processes.
• Responsible for the recruitment of all office, operations, and front-line staff
• Source and identify potential candidates through various channels across Hong Kong and Asia
• Stay on top of the latest recruitment channels and sources.
• Prepare HR headcount and recruitment status reports and perform Talent Acquisition administration duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3 years of recruitment experience in the Engineering / Construction / Property Management / Security / F&B / Hotel / Logistics / Manufacturing / any labour intensive Industry 
• Attention to detail, proactive, willing to learn and work independently 
• Strong relationship management and good communication skills.
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
