Our client is one of the leading global retail company, seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of solutions for re-platforming the core enterprise resource planning systems in Microsoft. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of retail supervision requirements, business flow, and industry trends. They will collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify business needs, develop solutions, and ensure our systems meet the highest standards of quality, security, and compliance.

The role of a Microsoft Solution Architect involves developing and maintaining the architecture framework for Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy. The individual will lead the design and implementation of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365, while collaborating with various departments to provide technical guidance. Additionally, the role requires staying updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the architecture framework for Microsoft solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals and IT strategy.
• Lead the design and implementation of Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
• Collaborate with various departments to understand their requirements and provide technical guidance on Microsoft solutions.
• Ensure the integration of Microsoft solutions with existing systems and processes.
• Provide training and support to team members and end-users on Microsoft technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest Microsoft technologies and best practices and incorporate them into the company's strategy

Skills Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Extensive experience with Microsoft technologies, including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Dynamics 365.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of technical professionals.
• Relevant certifications in Microsoft technologies are a plus
