job scope.
As the Senior Risk Modelling Manager, Trading Platform in a Leading Crypto Player, your key responsibility will be to:

• Conduct a thorough evaluation of the risks associated with the trading system, including liquidity and market risks, and propose effective strategies for risk monitoring and management.
• Plan and develop risk monitoring frameworks and risk-related solutions for our cryptocurrency trading products, such as mark prices, liquidation systems, and insurance reserves.
• Refine risk control policies to enhance the efficiency of the risk management system, minimize the likelihood of losses from unusual events, and maintain the stability of the insurance reserves.
• Utilize modelling, calculations, and assessments to analyze market risks and provide guidance for adjusting risk management parameters.
• Track real-time market data and risk metrics to swiftly identify irregularities and potential threats, taking appropriate measures to manage risks and implement a risk management strategy.
• Guide junior product managers in establishing a framework for risk control products.

requirements.

• Bachelor's degree or higher, with experience in financial risk management or project management related to internet risks, preferably from a reputable internet or blockchain firm.
• Strong passion for trading, blockchain technology, and the financial sector.
• Extensive and well-rounded experience in risk management practices.
• Data-driven, with exceptional analytical and processing skills, adept at identifying potential issues through data evaluation.
• Capable of logical thinking, effective teamwork, and strong communication skills, with the ability to organize and coordinate resources to solve problems and achieve collaborative goals across departments.
• Proactive, enthusiastic, and accountable to both customers and team members.
• Proficient in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus but not mandatory for cross-functional collaboration with the tech team.
