1-2 years working experience in site supervision of office fit-outs and renovation work
Responsibilities:
To monitor safety, quality of work progress and workmanship on site
To attend regular site meetings and organize work as per project manager's instruction
To co-ordinate with sub-contractors and designers as per confirmed design information
Ensure the work confirming to drawing, standard of qualities and site operation
Produce well organized photo records
Prepare routine daily reports
Monitor and report the project progress to Project Manager
Requirements:
F5 or above 1-2 years working experience in interior contracting
Knowledge in AutoCAD & detail drawing is advantage
Experience in operations and materials
Strong in project management, site management and contract administration is highly preferred.
Fluent spoken and written English and Cantonese
Good interpersonal and communications skills
Initiative, independent, hardworking & able to work under pressure
Willing to work overtime/during weekends if necessary
