JOB PURPOSE To support the planning, coordination, and execution of events in collaboration with malls, property management, and internal teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless event logistics, effective reporting, and the successful delivery of projects, while contributing to the development of new initiatives and maintaining strong client relationships.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Organize and coordinate events with malls, property management, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth execution.
Manage event venue bookings and follow up on logistics, ensuring all arrangements align with project requirements.
Support location and channel planning to maximize event reach and effectiveness.
Oversee event logistics, including equipment, materials, and on-site coordination.
Assist in administrative tasks, such as report generation, data analysis, and documentation.
Maintain strong communication with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Monitor event timelines and budgets, ensuring all activities are completed on time and within scope.
Actively propose new ideas and drive project progress to enhance event outcomes.
Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by management to support team objectives.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
University graduate in any related disciplines.
1-2 years of working experience in event management, exhibition and agencies field.
Having experience in managing events and having a network for site booking is preferred.
Strong analytical, and computer skills (especially in PowerPoint and Excel).
Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
Good at communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet organizational deadlines.
Researching and cold calling event sites experience is a must.
Positive thinking and problem-solving mindset.
Strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
Outgoing, pleasant personality.
Immediate availability is preferred.
