Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth within their assigned region through the development and execution of B2B sales strategies. This role requires proactive negotiation skills, strong business development acumen, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key partners, including wholesalers and retailers. As part of a collaborative team, you will also work closely with the Marketing team and represent the company at exhibitions.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned region.
Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities by negotiating with current partners and exploring new partner relationships aligned with sales objectives.
Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to ensure alignment in promotional activities and sales strategies.
Represent the company at trade exhibitions and industry events, enhancing brand visibility and establishing new business contacts.
Provide regular updates on market trends, competitor activities, and potential growth areas.
Key Requirements:
Experience in B2B sales (preferably within the jewellery industry).
Proven experience in business development, particularly with jewellery wholesalers and retailers, is highly desirable.
Proficiency in spoken and written English is required; additional European language skills (Spanish, Italian, or French) are a distinct advantage.
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals and foster long-term relationships with clients.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a high degree of professionalism and responsibility.
Willingness to travel frequently to the UK and/or Europe.
A valid driver’s license is required.
A proactive learner, able to thrive under pressure while maintaining high standards of work.
Candidates with more experience in sales or jewellery will be considered for a senior position.
Fresh graduates with the right attitude and enthusiasm are also encouraged to apply.
