What’s the role about?
Supporting the Logistics Supervisor, the role is to:
- Handle the application of standard freight invoices to ensure the billing process is accurate and the documentation is thorough
- Meticulously maintain and update the variable billing report, with a particular focus on the US market
- Regularly follow up with the designated forwarder to address and resolve any issues related to missing data
- Ensure that all related documents are properly integrated and uploaded onto the system
- Verify that every shipment is validated in accordance with our internal processes and criteria
- Maintain SAP data across various regions, including ensuring that routing, ETD, ETA, and carrier information is up-to-date
- Be responsible for other ad-hoc relevant tasks as necessary
What we are looking for:
- Employment period: From 14 April 2025 – 31 July 2025
- Working hours: 3 full weekdays per week (9 hours including 1 lunch hour) OR half day daily (4 hours per day) between Mondays – Fridays (either AM or PM)
- Working experience in shipping or logistics
- Self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skills
- Experience in SAP is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
