Involves in a wide range of corporate finance transactions (including IPOs, M&A, financial/compliance advisory, restructuring and other fund raising activities);
Participates in the origination and execution of IPOs and other capital markets transactions, including project management/coordination, due diligence and project execution;
Prepares internal memos, due diligence records, financial analysis, feasibility studies, listing documents, pitching materials, presentations and development of detailed financial models; and
Communicates and coordinates with clients, professional parties and regulators
Requirements:
University degree in accounting or finance with professional qualifications (i.e. CPA/CFA) is preferred;
Solid experience in corporate finance is a must while experience in international accounting firm and/or in vetting IPO applications in the role of regulator is an advantage;
Candidates applying for the position should possess at least 1-2 years of solid experience in handling/completing IPO transactions in the role of a sponsor;
Working knowledge in the Listing Rules is required and Takeovers Codes is preferred;
Independent, proactive, responsible, a good team player and willing to travel
