The Electrical and Mechanical Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining electrical and mechanical systems and components. This role requires a strong understanding of both electrical and mechanical engineering principles and the ability to integrate these disciplines in product development and problem-solving.

Job Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the water, waste management and energy;
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government officials, industry partners, and potential clients;
• Contribute to the development of the company's overall business strategy;
• Design and develop electrical and mechanical systems, components, and products;
• Prepare tender works including project coordination, technical submission preparation and commercial support;
• Create and review technical drawings, specifications, and schematics for both electrical and mechanical systems;
• Perform calculations and analysis to ensure designs meet performance, safety, and regulatory requirements;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, quality assurance, and other engineering disciplines;
• Manage projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget;
• Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory standards
• Prepare technical reports and documentation;
• Provide technical support to other departments and customers as needed.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering;
• Minimumn 3 years of experience in mechanical and electrical engineering;
• Proficiency in CAD software and engineering analysis tools;
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
• Project management experience;
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations;
• Willingness to work on site occasionally;
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese (Mandarin is a plus).
