What you will do

• Handle daily frontline services including appointment booking and customer enquiry in a professional manner 
• To act as a brand ambassador who maintains a cordial relationship with existing, new, and potential customers.
• Provide administrative support to CS & Sales Team
• Assist in ad-hoc assignment as required

Requirements

• Diploma or above with relevant working experience in customer service and/or sales field
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Willing to perform shift duty (daily working hours from 11:00 to 20:00)
