Job Duties:

• Operate data center facilities, monitor their performance, troubleshoot issues, and take corrective or recovery actions;
• Problem reporting, incident handling, and message dissemination.
• Perform access control for visitors of data center by verifying their authorization in the access control system
• Monitor the physical security in data center by means of digital video recording system 
• Perform routine physical security checking and take corrective or preventive actions as appropriate
• Prepare data center facilities maintenance schedule; monitor progress; take rectifying/recovery action in case of exception
• Escort and monitor any other personnel working in the data centres.
   

Job Requirements:

• 5 subjects passed including Chinese and English in HKCEE or HKDSE; or Diploma holder or above
• At least two years IT working experience, preferably in Data Center operations
• Knowledge in job monitoring and alert handling
• Shift duties are required, Overnight may be required
• Good communication in Cantonese and English
