Key tasks and responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the financial services industry, particularly senior risk managers at large banks and buy side firms;
• Develop reliable contacts. Identify and approach potential new contributors;
• Help to refine our coverage. Proactively identify new content opportunities and product enhancements that fit with Risk.net’s wider editorial offering;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including in-house developers, designers and marketing teams.
• Collect and verify data for benchmarking products. Respond to queries from subscribers and prospects about our products;
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments, as well as changing demands for information within a range of financial services firms.

Requirements:

• Ideally, some experience in a role with similar skills – research or product management, for example 
• Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders. 
• Solid understanding of the financial services industry. 
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. 
• Experience of using online survey platforms would be an advantage, as would an awareness of how LLMs and other AI tools could help automate some aspects of data collection and curation. 
• Strong Excel skills would also be an advantage.
