Oversee daily sales operations, ensuring seamless alignment with the company's product marketing strategies.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve the company's goals and objectives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including dealers and other relevant parties.
Lead and manage sales activities, including customer visits, technical support, new product presentations, roadshow sales, competitor activity analysis, and site visits.
Stay informed about industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs in the home appliances sector.
Supervise the promoter team to achieve monthly sales targets, manage rosters, and optimize allocation.
Undertake any ad hoc projects as assigned by the management.
Requirements:
University degree or equivalent is preferred but not mandatory.
Over 5 years of sales experience in the retail sector, with at least 3 years in the home appliances industry.
Strong team player who is self-motivated and able to work independently.
Self-confident, proactive, aggressive, and eager to learn.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the role of Assistant Sales Manager.
Working location: Ngau Tau Kok (near MTR station) Working Hours: Monday – Friday 9:00-17:30 ; Alternately Saturday 9:00-12:45
