Responsibility:

• Handle customer inquiries, product development and follow up orders independently
• Perform data entry and issue PO for order related issue
• Keep track of the production status with factories to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor supplier to ensure product made with required specification, quality standard and compliance
• Work with vendor and internal departments to follow up orders from new development to production and ensure on time delivery
• Review customer manual to ensure production/ shipment meets with customer requirements 

Requirements:

• 7 years or above merchandising experience (with licensed item experience is preferred, less experience will be considered as merchandiser.)
• Good experience in working with major US retailers
• Experience in product testing and factory compliance requirement
• Able to work independently in full merchandising area (from product development, mass production, quality control, product testing, to shipment completion)
• Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, Mandarin and English is essential
• Demonstrate high sense of initiative, hardworking and responsibility
• Well organized, with good interpersonal & communication skill
• Willing to travel in China
• Immediate available is preferred
