We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Director with extensive experience in the FSI to join our client’s team in Hong Kong. The ideal candidate will possess a strong sales background and a deep understanding of the financial technology landscape.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve ambitious revenue targets.
Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with key clients in the FSI sector.
Present our client’s comprehensive solutions, including consulting services, enterprise applications and cloud services, to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to align sales strategies with market demands and customer needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
5+ years of proven sales experience in IT consulting/ SI/ IT services.
Strong network and relationships within the Greater Bay Area financial sector.
Native proficiency in Mandarin and Cantonese, with excellent communication skills in English.
Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
Strong understanding of digital transformation and enterprise solutions.
Proficient in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
