Finance Manager

We are helping a well-known property developer looking for a talented Finance Manager to join their team. In this role, you will lead a small finance team and play a crucial part in the company's financial operations and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial functions, including management reporting, budgeting, expense control, cash-flow management, accounting, and tax
• Prepare financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and external stakeholders
• Conduct financial analysis for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations to senior management
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and monitor financial plans, budgets, and forecasts
• Manage cash flow and working capital
• Build and maintain relationships with auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory authorities
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies
• Drive implementation of SAP and contribute to finance transformation initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, ACCA) preferred
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience, preferably with Big 4 Accounting firm exposure
• System implementation experience desired
• Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
