• An online financial trading company with over 20 offices globally is looking for a seasoned performance marketing manager to drive the digital acquisition & SEM strategies for international markets

  Job responsibilities

  • Create and execute performance marketing strategies for regional & global markets
  • Oversee and optimize marketing campaigns on different digital media channels, e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, WeChat, Google Ads etc
  • Design and implement effective lead-generation campaigns
  • Track the campaigns & data analytics performance using Google Tag Manager
  • Mentor and develop teammates across locations, ensure team performance and professional growth
  • Manage and allocate budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.
  • Conduct A/B and multivariate testing to improve campaigns performance.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing agencies and vendors

  Experience & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field
  • Minimum 7 years in performance marketing, with global campaign management experience
  • Proven experience with digital ad platforms, proficient in Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and GTM.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and project managements kills.
  • Good communications in English and Chinese
