A global online financial brokerage firm is expanding the investment product offerings and is looking for a lead BA to join the product management team. The ideal candidate possesses strong technical knowhow and financial knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Function as a lead business analyst with a strong technical background, skilled at translating complex business requirements into precise technical tasks.
• Partner closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and engineering teams to gather, refine, and document requirements.
• Break down high-level business needs into actionable features, detailed functional requirements, and comprehensive implementation plans.
• Act as the main liaison between product management and engineering teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
• Mentor junior business analysts, promoting best practices in documentation, requirement gathering, and Agile methodologies.
• Ensure technical documentation and specifications meet the standard and objectives

Job Requirements:

• 8+ years of proven experience as a business analyst, ideally within fintech, trading or financial services
• Strong technical background with coding experience, familiar with software development processes
• Related experience in translating business requirements into detailed technical specifications and actionable development plans
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively bridging business and technical teams
• Proficient with Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and business analysis methodologies
