Our client is a venture capital firm and they are looking for an Investor Relations Manager to support the team. This is a new headcount the position report to the CEO

Responsibilities

• Carry out market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market while developing strategies for business development aimed at attracting institutional investors, family offices, and high-net-worth individuals.
• Develop and implement comprehensive investor relations strategies to effectively communicate with shareholders, analysts, and the investment community.
• Serve as an image representative while helping to develop and manage quality investor relationships through professional and effective communication 
• Monitor market trends, analyst reports, and shareholder feedback to assess the company's performance and reputation within the investment community
• Prepare and present investment proposals, marketing materials, and due diligence documentation for prospective clients

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Finance, Business, Economics or related discipline with 5+ years of investor relations experience from financial services 
• In-depth understanding of VC industry with prior deal exposure 
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin
