We are a corporate services and consulting firm specializing in corporate structuring, entity management, and visa services for businesses and investors. In addition to our consulting operations, we also oversee investment projects through an associate investment firm. These projects cover VC, PE, Pre-IPO, and SPAC transactions managed by our investment team.

To support both our corporate consulting and investment management activities, we are seeking a Financial Analyst to manage daily accounting, financial operations, and investment reporting across both business areas.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate Services & Consulting Operations

• Oversee daily accounting and financial operations for the consulting firm, including bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements, cash flow projections, and budgeting reports.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance for the firm.

Investment Management & Fund Operations

• Support financial analysis, due diligence, valuation modeling, and investment performance tracking for VC, PE, Pre-IPO, and SPAC projects.
• Monitor investment risks and provide financial insights for decision-making.
• Assist in fund accounting, investor reporting, and regulatory compliance for the offshore investment firm.
• Work with auditors, legal advisors, and fund administrators to ensure seamless financial management.

Key Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related fields.
• 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or investment management.
• Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting standards (IFRS/GAAP), and fund structures.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk analysis.
• Experience in VC, PE, Pre-IPO, or SPAC investment processes is a strong advantage.
• CPA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualifications preferred.
• Familiarity with financial software, fund reporting, and regulatory compliance is a plus.
