Major Duties:   (Including but not limited to the below)

• Develop and implement sales strategies and plans for contract logistics services, including set the market objectives, target clients, and sales goals.
• Identify and acquire new customers and explore potential logistics service demands through market research and different business channels.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and addressing their needs effectively.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, providing professional insights on market trends and customer feedback.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including logistics operations, customer service, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Participate in business negotiations and contract management to secure favorable agreements for the company.

Main Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Logistics / Supply Chain Management / Business Management or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant logistics’ sales experience especially gain from “Contract Logistics Service” with a strong sales background & sources.
• Proven ability to build and manage customer relationships, in order to meet the Sales Target & Goal.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management principles.
• Excellent communication skills in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English, both written and verbal.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
