Major Duties:   (Including but not limited to the below)

• Supervise and lead the operations team to oversee daily logistics operations, improve pick-up and delivery services, and manage warehouses operations efficiently.
• Track shipment statutes to guarantee on-time delivery of goods to customers and internal departments.
• Optimize warehouses and fleet operations for increased efficiency.
• Develop and oversee project budgets, ensuring adherence to project plans.
• Prepare analysis / statistics reports for management review.
• Implementation of safety plans, conducting safety training, reporting of accidents and investigation to ensure the operation is following the local occupational health & safety regulations.
• Stay updated on current legislative information pertinent to the logistics industry, applying relevant laws and principles to support the company.

Main Requirements:  

• Degree holder in Supply Chain Management, Logistics Management or related disciplines. 
• Having valid DG & RAR certification is an advantage.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in airfreight industry of which at least 3-5 years in managerial level .
• Good knowledge of airline and air terminal operations & regulations.
• Proficiency in airfreight operation, load planning & ULD loading and etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Proficient in PC skills and MS Office
