Responsibilities:
- Prepare advertising plans for search, display, video and social media
- Review and analyses performance, audience behavior to achieve target, optimize advertising campaigns
- Track and evaluate the effectiveness of all online marketing campaigns
- Implement & optimize online advertisements through Facebook/ SEM/ Youtube/ GDN/ SEO to drive leads
- Drive campaign performance and improvement to achieve activation and reactivation goals
- Manage and keep reports and analyses up to date to monitor main KPIs (CAC, CVR, CTR, etc.) on a daily basis
- Design implement and analyze A/B split tests across paid social platforms
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing
- Hands-on experience with Google AdWords/ Youtube/ GDN/ Social Media/ Programmatic
- Preferably with experience in medical beauty or marketing agency
- Being independent, creative and self-motivated
