Our client is a renowned Education Group with strong reputation. They are now looking for a Phonics Teacher Assistant for their fast-growing team.

Description

-You will be help out to assist the tutor, could promote to instructor

-You will assist to review curriculum needs and execute plans for improvement, and provide tutoring and additional support

-You will assist to ensure your students achieve learning outcomes by instructing students in a clear, concise and fun way, and regularly preparing lesson plans that are engaging the curriculum

- You will plan and prepare well-structured, clearly presented lessons appropriate to the abilities of all students and the syllabus being taught

Profile

- A bachelor degree in Education or equivalent awarded by an accredited university.

- Must speak native cantonese, fluent English and Mandarin.

- Experienced in classroom teaching, adopting inquiry-based learning and backward lesson design.

- Patient, energetic, and responsible individual

- Strong passion in education, with a positive attitude and a growth mindset
