People Development & Engagement Manager - Branch Distribution & Services
Plan, review control and allocate manpower resources across the branch network
Support talent development initiatives to engage branch staff with necessary skill set, positive & relevant mind set, building career path so as to increase job satisfaction and reduce staff attrition.
Assist Team Head & Senior Manager, People Development & Engagement in coordinating the promotion & upgrade of branch staff
Facilitate the recruitment & selection process for branch positions, such as application screening and interview arrangement
Liaise with Human Resources Department to handle and follow up staff related issues, such as staff transfer and resignation
Liaise with Training & Development Department and branches about the fulfillment of relevant Continuous Professional Development / Training (CPD/T) required for branch & department staff
Ensure all procedures are in compliance with all policies, rules, guidelines, requirements prescribed by regulators as well as the Bank
Prepare periodic reports for management review, including staff headcount and resignation analysis, etc.
Perform ad hoc tasks for the Department and Personal Banking Division
Requirement
University graduates preferred
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in HR & administration operations, preferably gained in financial services industry
Sound Knowledge in HR and staff planning related issues
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sense of responsibility, independent and well-organized
Conversant with MS Office applications
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
(Candidates with less working experience may be considered for the position of Assistant People Development & Engagement Manager)
