Key Responsibilities :

• Prepare ethical applications to ensure compliance with research standards and institutional guidelines.
• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews to inform research design and methodology.
• Develop questionnaires, interview protocols, and data collection plans tailored to specific research objectives.
• Oversee and support the collection and analysis of data through various methods, such as surveys and observations, to ensure the quality of the research.
• Prepare manuscripts and project reports to present research findings.
• Facilitate collaboration among the intervention team, research team, and other researchers to enhance the overall research output.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Project Director.

Job Requirements :

• Bachelor''s degree in any disciplines, preferably a higher degree.
• At least 2 years of research experience in the fields of education and social science.
• Strong research skills, including the ability to conduct literature reviews and develop evaluation tools.
• Proficiency in data analysis software, such as SPSS or NVivo, as well as in both qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
• Familiarity with online research databases and tools.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
