Objectives of the Position:

You will work as part of the growing Promotion & Retention Team. You will support the team on systems daily operation, in order to optimize the performance and resources to serve the needs of the company and team members.

What You'll Do:

  • Work closely with vendors and technical team to ensure the stability of any marketing systems.
  • Manage customer databases and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity.
  • Look after customer segmentation and personalization on campaigns.
  • Plan and execute loyalty-program-related and customer-behaviour-triggered communication journeys.
  • Work with vendors for any inter-system integration if needed.
  • Develop A/B and multivariate tests to fine tune campaign flows, channels segments and messages.
  • Work closely with Web & App team on implementing personalization features.
  • Manage the relationship with our vendors on a regular basis.

What You Have:

  • Degree holder in Business, Marketing or similar field
  • 3- 5 years working experience in Marketing. Proven record in implementing CRM program, campaign management and customer lifecycle management.
  • Hands on experience with CRM or Marketing Automation tools.
  • Experience in project management is a plus.
  • Knowledge in SQL and Jinja coding is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen, data insight-driven, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel.
  • Must be a team player with a very strong analytical mind-set and number sensitive.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
