OSL is looking for a dynamic and visionary Branding Lead to join our innovative marketing team. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for developing and executing branding strategies that enhance OSL’s position as a leader in the digital asset industry. You will drive brand engagement, establish a compelling brand identity, and create cohesive messaging across all platforms, ensuring that our brand resonates with our target audiences and aligns with our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Brand Strategy Development: Create and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that defines and elevates the OSL brand in the digital asset and fintech industries.
  • Messaging & Positioning: Develop and refine brand messaging and positioning to effectively communicate OSL's value proposition and differentiate us from competitors.
  • Brand Guidelines: Establish and maintain brand guidelines that ensure consistent application of the brand across all marketing materials, communications, and platforms.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to gain insights into industry trends, customer preferences, and emerging opportunities to inform brand strategy.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to ensure brand alignment and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Campaign Development: Lead the development and execution of branding campaigns, ensuring alignment with marketing and business goals, and measuring their effectiveness.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and refine branding initiatives, fostering partnerships that promote the brand.
  • Digital Presence: Oversee the management of OSL's digital presence, including the company website and social media channels, ensuring the brand narrative is effectively communicated.
  • Brand Monitoring: Monitor brand performance and reputation across various channels, adjusting strategies and initiatives as needed to maintain and enhance brand perception.
  • Trend Awareness: Stay updated on industry trends, consumer behavior, and competitive shifts to identify new branding opportunities and maintain OSL’s relevance in a rapidly evolving market.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field. A master’s degree or relevant certifications in branding/marketing is preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related field, with a strong understanding of the digital assets and fintech landscape.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand strategies that drive brand recognition and customer engagement.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into actionable branding initiatives.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of crafting compelling brand narratives and collaborating with diverse teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities, with experience managing teams and cross-departmental collaborations.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for innovation, able to generate new ideas and drive brand evolution.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and brand monitoring techniques to enhance OSL’s visibility and impact.
  • Understanding of regulatory environments and compliance standards within the digital asset sector.
