Responsible for office administration and facilities management services (renovation and relocation, office supplies, logistics arrangement, general procurement, maintenance of office equipment and facilities, organize company activities and staff events)
Respond to the service needs of other departments, providing high-quality administrative support
Assist in preparing and monitoring annual administrative budget
Maintain e-filing system for documentation control in an organized and efficient manner
Review administrative work flow / internal procedures and propose recommendations for improvement
Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
Minimum 10 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies
A good team player and able to work independently
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus
*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Manager
