Administration Manager/Assistant Manager

This is a full-time on-site role.


Responsibilities

  • Responsible for office administration and facilities management services (renovation and relocation, office supplies, logistics arrangement, general procurement, maintenance of office equipment and facilities, organize company activities and staff events)
  • Respond to the service needs of other departments, providing high-quality administrative support
  • Assist in preparing and monitoring annual administrative budget
  • Maintain e-filing system for documentation control in an organized and efficient manner
  • Review administrative work flow / internal procedures and propose recommendations for improvement
  • Perform any other duties as assigned.


Requirements

  • Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
  • Minimum 10 years of solid office administration experiences gained from sizeable companies
  • A good team player and able to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, and Mandarin is a plus


*Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Administration Manager
