We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as Senior Manager/Director, Enterprise Account Management . Reporting to the Head of Account Management, this full time and permanent position is based in Shanghai/Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
- Foster and maintain meaningful business relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 assigned accounts with a prioritized focus on solution selling
- Create, identify, and convert expansion ACV opportunities in assigned accounts through synergy task force, which identifies up-sell & cross-sell
- Develop and execute a strategic plan for overall book of business to ensure targets are met and exceeded, creating individual strategic account plans for priority customers
- Understand the distinct customer profiles within your book of business, tailoring messaging and communications to effectively articulate Vistra’s value proposition
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and proactively apply product and market knowledge to sell insightful, innovative solutions
- Collaborate with Business Development to determine proper solution & close of new business accounts and ensure smooth transition into EAM’s book of business
- Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to provide the technical expertise & knowledge to sell insightful, innovative solutions during the time of sale
- Coordinate with Onboarding to ensure customers receive best in class onboarding process and white glove service to meet their needs throughout the adoption phase. Ensure the EAM remains the face to the customer through approvals
- Coordinate with Central ORM team to ensure service delivery team is executing at the local level & stay informed of any issues that need to be raised to EAM
- Provide advisory expertise to customer to help develop international expansion plans through industry knowledge & client experience
Key requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or validated network within the industry
- Desirable – accounting, legal or company secretarial qualification
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Account Management in Corporate / MNCs VC/PE backed scale-ups / Tech & Life Science sector
- Demonstrated ability to build client relationships
- An entrepreneurial and solution minded individual
- Excellent network and market knowledge across the Asia corporate, tech and VC
- Strong team player with ability to also act alone
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritise
- Proactive, self-motivated leader with ambition, energy and drive
