Responsibilities:
Develop and explore business opportunities: maintain and deepen the relationship with e
xisting clients and explore potential clients;
Assesses client IT service needs and makes recommendations;
Prepares sales visits and presentations to pitch solution, service, and combination packages to clients
Deliver effective presentations and solution proposals;
Participate in business negotiations and close deals both individually and as a team;
To follow up on marketing campaigns to promote new solutions to clients;
Work closely with technical pre-sales and delivery team to come out with technical and
commercial proposals;
Provide weekly/monthly pipeline updates and reviews on individual performance and measures for improvement.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience in engineering, information systems, or business administration
With at least 4-5 years of experiences in IT services, solution business engagement and sales;
Works for IT consultancies, or technology solutions organisations with proven track record of selling professional services and exceeding sales targets;
Proactive, client focus with strong motivation to meet and exceed Clients' expectations;
Effective and smooth communication skills with Clients, colleagues and vendors at all levels;
Fluent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese;
Experience in Microsoft solutions and products is a plus;
Service experience to large clients is preferred.
For Sales Manager: 70% base and 30% commission.
