This position will spearhead POP Mart’s retail operations and expansions throughout Hong Kong.
Job Description
Manage all current and future Hong Kong stores
Full P&L responsibility, optimize operation costs
Manage all aspects of operations and front-line staff management
Lead, develop and manage sales team to achieve company sales targets, pillar planning, service standards, and other regular and ad-hoc objectives
Drive all-rounded business development plan from product assortment, pricing, promotion, inventory and warehouse management and retail operation
Drive manpower planning, coach and energize a team of front-line staff to provide excellent service and maximize business results
Work collaboratively with internal departments and contribute to the effective implementation of sales activities, business promotion initiatives and merchandising plans
Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related disciplines
At least 7 years of experience in retail operation with at least 3 years in managerial role
Luxury Brand experience is a must
Candidates from Arts/Toys/Entertainment industry preferred
Strong commercial sense, analytical skills with a deep understanding of sales strategies and market dynamics
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated, mature with can-do attitude
Proven track record of managing multitude & complex tasks
Proficient in MS office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
Living in Hong Kong
Immediate available or short notice is highly preferred
