The Role:

This is a critical role within the firm’s operations team, providing essential support to the trading and operational functions in the FICC space. The Operations Associate will ensure the seamless execution of daily trading activities, maintain accurate trade records, and manage treasury-related tasks. Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Operations: Daily trade affirmation, reconciliation, and trade booking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Cash and Collateral Management: Monitor cash levels, margin requirements, and collateral across prime brokers and counterparties.
• Treasury Support: Oversee cash and collateral movements, ensuring efficient funding and liquidity management.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with third parties (e.g., brokers, administrators) to onboard new trading relationships and resolve trade-related issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing workflows and propose scalable solutions to enhance operational efficiency.
• Project Support: Assist in ad-hoc projects, both internally and with external administrators, to support business growth and operational excellence.

The Ideal Candidate:

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in trade operations, treasury, or a similar role within the FICC space.
• Strong understanding of trade lifecycle management , cash and collateral processes, and treasury operations.
