Business Development Support Officer, Trust Industry
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other disciplines
Maintain and update CRM and database
Our client is a global professional firm that offers Trust, Corporate and Fund services to clients. They have a good track record in the industry. As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Business Development Support Office and the position is based in Hong Kong.
Key responsibilities:
Work closely with the Business Development team to support business proposals, letters of engagement etc
Prepare marketing presentation and pitchbooks etc
Cover new client onboarding process and ensure it is performed in a smooth and efficient manner
Liaise with different departments on the client portfolios
Coordinate business meetings and assist in maintaining relationship
Maintain and update CRM and database
Other ad-hoc tasks related to business support when necessary
Requirements:
Around 2 to 5 years of experience in client onboarding, KYC, business development support etc
Bachelor’s degree in Business or other disciplines
Exposure to Trust industry is an advantage
Meticulous, good coordination and multi-tasking skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills, ability to collaborate with different stakeholders
Good English and Chinese language proficiency
