We are looking for a Business Development Manager to drive sales and develop growth strategy for Google solutions. Ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of current cloud solutions with 3 years+ relevant experience in pitching and closing sales deals. He or she will be able to transform client's business with technology built on the cloud.
Responsibilities:
Execute sales pitching of Google’s cloud solutions to clients
Demonstrate strong product knowledge in various google cloud technologies including Google Workspace, Google Map Platform, Google Cloud Platform
Respond to day-to-day client inquiries, sales requests, and negotiations
Monitor customer satisfaction levels, take corrective actions as necessary, and follow up on feedback
Establish pricing structures to maximize revenue while ensuring customer satisfaction with the company’s services
Cultivate relationships with potential clients, working on closing sales deals in a timely manner
Draft sales reports towards sales data visualisation for any improvement plan
Keep abreast of industry trends to ensure that the organization is up-to-date on any upcoming changes or innovations in cloud products/services/solutions
Requirements :
3 years+ experience as a Sales Manager or similar role with a track record of success selling cloud solutions or other Software-as-a-Service, Platform-as-a-Service, or Infrastructure-as-a-Service products and platforms.
Solid knowledge of Google's software offerings (GWS, GCP, GMP) and ability to understand technical initiatives is a plus.
Experience in developing business plans, the budget outlines & proposals for projects.
Ability to identify prospects & assess customer requirements.
Outstanding communication & interpersonal skills with great public speaking skills.
Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities coupled with excellent organizational skills.
Highly reliable performer following ethical practices.
Fluent in written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
