Main responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth macroeconomic research, forecast key economic variables, and analyze global financial markets
• Provide comprehensive macroeconomic insights for investment decisions and strategies across global portfolios
• Integrate macro views into investment strategies and generate actionable trade ideas
• Produce detailed reports and presentations for internal stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Over 5 years of experience in global macro research or a similar role within asset management
• Strong understanding of international monetary systems, economic history, and policy analysis
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English & Mandarin/Cantonese
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, MATLAB for quantitative analysis
• Strong academic credentials. Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or accounting. MBA or CFA charter preferred.
