• To complete the maintenance and modification of mechanical, electrical equipment and building services facilities on schedule
• Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
• Ensure all electrical installations and repairs comply with local safety regulations and standards.
• Coordinate with property management and other technical teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment inventory.
• Assist in the planning and execution of electrical upgrades and renovations.
• Provide technical support and guidance to other team members as needed.
• Respond to emergency electrical issues and provide timely solutions.

Qualifications:

• Grade A Electrical Worker certification.
• Proven experience in commercial real estate electrical maintenance and repair.
• Experience in HVAC include air conditioning and plumbing services will be added advantage
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety protocols.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
