Our client, a reputable company with global presence is looking for an IT Helpdesk candidate to join the team, this position will be reporting to the IT Supervisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on customer calls as needed
  • Provide daily IT helpdesk support
  • Handle and address incoming calls, emails, service portal requests, and online chats
  • Direct calls to the relevant parties based on established guidelines
  • Recognize and prioritize urgent issues, escalating them to the appropriate personnel or department

Requirements:

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science or relevant disciplines
  • 1+ years of IT helpdesk / IT Call Center experience, fresh graduates are welcomed
  • A good team player, independent and responsible
  • Good command in Chinese and English

Job Types: Full-time, Contract, Contract renewal
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20,000.00 per month
